Buyer is responsible for postage fees if returning artwork.
Claims regarding product damage or loss during transit must be registered with the courier. If this occurs, please feel free to get in contact with the artist.
If there is a problem found with a print, please get in contact artbyellawinter@gmail.comandreport the issue within 24 hours of receipt. You must provide your reference number and a description of the problem. You will be contacted as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
No permission is given by Ella Winter in respect of the reproduction of any images or other material on this website. Should you wish to use an image, please contact the artist. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
Every effort is made to ensure that the images displayed on this website are as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee an exact match to the product displayed on your screen due too individual screen and colour differences.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an original artwork or print, a full refund (excluding postage fees) will be given provided notification is within 14 days from receipt and product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any postage fees when returning works.
For commissions, to ensure complete satisfaction, you will be regularly updated throughout with progress pictures and any minor alterations can be made. However, if you are still not 100% satisfied with the work produced you are not obliged to buy and remaining funds after deposit are not due
